Firstly, we explain the principals of Pilates and teach your key introductory exercises. A physiotherapist is there to help you with the exercises, using the equipment and refining technique. We guide and progress your program as you build confidence.
To gain the most from the classes, like most other forms of exercise, you need to do a series of classes over a period of time. Clinical exercise sessions are one hour long, once per week. There is an option to attend twice per week if you prefer. We keep our class sizes small, so we can assist you to perform the exercises correctly for your individual body and ensure you are getting the most out of your class.
