Mindful Movers are delighted to bring Tai Chi classes to our Tamworth clients. We teach Tai Chi for Health programs designed by world-renowned Tai Chi master and general practitioner, Dr Paul Lam. These programs are aimed at empowering people to improve their health and wellness through the practice of Tai Chi.

Is Tai Chi difficult to learn?

The programs are suited to those who have no Tai Chi experience as well as those who do. Our small classes are taught in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Your instructor, a trained certified physiotherapist, will guide you step-by-step through each movement of the program.

How do the classes operate?

Weekly 45-minute classes are delivered over a 10-week period.

Many health funds provide a rebate for Tai Chi with physiotherapy extras cover.
