Mindful Movers Physiotherapy
At Mindful Movers Physiotherapy we take time to learn how your body works. We use our Physio and Pilates training to assess your body and design an exercise program specifically for you. This isn’t like a gym, its like a treatment. And if you do need a little extra help, we’re here to treat you with skilled ‘hands-on’ physiotherapy.
We are all about moving your body mindfully. Listening to your body. Setting goals and working towards them in a supportive environment.
